and pay by bank transfer using your surname as a reference to

Cottingham Local History Society, Lloyds Bank, 30-99-50, 51368868.

If you do not do your own banking online, you can pay by cheque, though we prefer you not to, as our bank charges the Society for handling cheques. Either post the completed form and cheque to the

Hon. Treasurer, Barbara Wilkinson, 222 Northgate, Cottingham, HU16 5QW,

or deliver it by hand in a sealed envelope to the Cottingham Local History Society,

Council Offices, Market Green, Cottingham (post through the letter box on the door of the old Council Offices next to the Civic Hall).

Alternatively, you can bring the completed form and your subscription to the first meeting of the season in October. Please put the form and the money or cheque in a sealed envelope with your name and contact details written on the envelope.
